Shop Manager values the security of your personal information, store records, and business data. This Policy explains what we process, why and how we retain and protect it, and how you can manage it.
Data boundaries by operating mode: Personal Local mode uses the current device as its sole data source and does not upload ordinary bookkeeping data automatically. Data is transmitted only when you choose a connected feature such as an account, membership, cloud backup, Personal Cloud, team collaboration, POS synchronization, or feedback. In Personal Cloud and Team modes, server data is authoritative and the device holds only protected cache and necessary state.
On first installation, the User Agreement and this Policy are shown before startup statistics and membership synchronization begin. We do not sell personal or business data, use advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking, or show third-party advertising in the current version. Do not enter unrelated identity, payment-card, health, or other sensitive information in store names, notes, or feedback.

2. Information We Process
2.1 Personal Local business data
Store settings, categories, suppliers, ingredients and purchase prices, inventory and movements, recipes and cost composition, products and prices, sales and refunds, losses, operating and recurring expenses, cash flow, summaries, profit analysis, sales templates, batch-operation records, sample data, and preferences that you enter, import, or generate in Personal Local mode remain on the current device by default. They support bookkeeping, costing, inventory, and analysis.
Uninstalling, clearing app data, device loss, or changing devices without a backup may erase local data. You control the location, recipients, and retention of exported Excel, CSV, images, and backup files.
2.2 Personal Cloud and Team data
When you enable Personal Cloud or create or join a team, we process the selected business records together with workspace and store identifiers, store name, time zone and currency, member account and display name, role and permissions, invitations, device sessions, operation identifiers, record versions, timestamps, synchronization state, conflict resolution, restoration requests, notifications, and audit records. This supports multi-device recovery, collaboration, access control, consistency, and issue handling.
Members may access only granted data. When a member is removed, leaves, or loses access, cloud access stops and the App clears that team's cache from the device under product rules. Information already viewed or lawfully exported by another authorized member does not automatically disappear from their device or files.
2.3 Account and authentication
Registration, sign-in, password recovery or change, profile access, sign-out, and account deletion may process a phone number, email, SMS or email verification code, account ID, display name, avatar URL, password hash, session token, sign-in method, authentication result, and action time. Sign in with Apple or Google also processes the platform user identifier, credentials, and any name or email you authorize. We do not store plaintext passwords.
2.4 Membership and transactions
To display, purchase, verify, restore, and synchronize membership, we process an app-generated guest ID, purchase-account identifier, membership level and expiry, product ID, order number, store transaction and original transaction IDs, receipt, transaction time, renewal, cancellation, refund, and verification status. Complete card numbers and payment passwords are handled by the store or payment provider and are not available to us.
2.5 Files, images, recognition, and POS sync
When you import or export Excel, CSV, or backup files, or choose or capture sales reports, ingredient images, or feedback screenshots, the App reads only the content you select. Sales-report screenshots are recognized on the device with Apple Vision or Google ML Kit and are not uploaded for recognition. A feedback image is uploaded to object storage only after you confirm submission.
When POS sync is enabled for a store, we process the POS connection, store and product mappings, external merchant, store and terminal identifiers, order and event numbers, products, quantities, amounts, discounts, payment state, timestamps, refunds or cancellations, signature-verification result, posting result, and reconciliation differences. Data comes from the POS or adapter you configure. Unverified or unmapped data is held for review under product rules.
2.6 Feedback and diagnostics
Feedback may include type, content, optional contact details, time, replies, status, and up to three images you confirm for upload. Cloud-operation diagnostics may include app and OS version, language, error type, privacy-filtered message, stack summary, occurrence count, stage, and workspace or store identifier. Diagnostic reports do not intentionally include ingredient names, recipe text, product names, sales line items, or your notes.
2.7 Startup, device, and security data
After consent, app startup and connected requests send a stable app-generated guest ID, app identifier, operating-system type, app version, language, sign-in state, and request time. The server naturally receives the IP address and records necessary response, security, and abnormal-request information for startup statistics, membership sync, compatibility, security, and duplicate or abusive-operation prevention.
The current version does not actively collect contacts, messages, call logs, precise location, microphone audio, health data, identity documents, or complete payment-card data, and it does not use IDFA for advertising tracking.
3. Processing by Mode
| Mode or feature | Location and rule | Purpose |
|---|
| Personal Local | Business data stays on the current device and is not uploaded by ordinary entries | Offline bookkeeping, inventory, costing, and analysis |
| Cloud backup | A Personal Local backup is uploaded only when you initiate it | Device change or recovery |
| Personal Cloud | The server is authoritative; the device stores protected cache | Multiple devices, recovery, and POS sync |
| Team | Data is shared by workspace, store, role, and permission | Authorized multi-member operation |
| POS sync | Orders are received for a fixed store, verified, mapped, posted, reversed, and reconciled | Reduce manual entry and maintain consistency |
4. Purposes and Necessity
- Provide ingredient, inventory, recipe, product, sale, loss, expense, cash-flow, batch, and analysis features;
- Create and protect accounts, deliver verification codes, recover accounts, and synchronize membership;
- Provide cloud backup, Personal Cloud, multiple stores, and team permissions when selected;
- Receive, deduplicate, verify, and reconcile POS orders and handle refunds and exceptions;
- Answer feedback, diagnose failures, audit sensitive operations, protect data, and prevent abuse.
If you do not agree, the App does not enter its main screens or send startup statistics. You may use Personal Local mode without registration. Not enabling cloud, team, or POS features does not affect Personal Local features.
5. Permissions and Local Storage
| Permission or capability | Use | Effect if disabled |
|---|
| Network | Startup, account, membership, cloud, team, backup, POS, legal pages, and feedback | Connected features are unavailable; local data remains usable |
| Camera | Capture an ingredient image, sales report, or feedback image at your request | No capture; text and existing files remain available |
| Photo or media selection | Select ingredient, report, or feedback images | No image selection; other features are unaffected |
| Files | Import or export Excel, CSV, and backups | The corresponding file feature is unavailable |
| Store purchase | Load products, purchase, verify, and restore membership | Membership cannot be purchased or restored |
| Local and secure storage | Business data, cache, preferences, sessions, guest ID, and key material | Clearing or uninstalling may prevent recovery |
Capabilities are used only for the relevant feature. You may revoke camera or photo access in system settings or stop using a connected feature. Revocation does not invalidate processing already completed for a lawful purpose.
6. Location, Retention, and Security
Personal Local data remains until you delete it in Data Management, clear app data, or uninstall. You manage exported files. Accounts, membership, cloud backups, Personal Cloud, teams, POS sync, feedback, and necessary operational data are generally stored in the People's Republic of China only as long as needed for features, transactions, legal duties, disputes, and security.
After account deletion, account and cloud data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized as required by law, except transaction, financial, security, audit, and dispute records that must be retained. Team-data retention also depends on owner administration, other members' lawful use, and applicable law.
Reasonable safeguards include HTTPS, password hashing, secure storage, access control, store and member authorization, receipt verification, idempotent operations, audit logs, cache protection, backup authorization, and abnormal-request defenses. Protect your account, codes, invitations, POS links and secrets, devices, and exported files.
7. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal or business data. Apple supports Apple sign-in and App Store transactions. Google supports Google sign-in, Google Play transactions, and on-device Android text recognition. Cloud, object-storage, and network providers support accounts, databases, cloud operation, backups, teams, feedback attachments, and security. SMS and email providers deliver verification codes and necessary support messages. A POS or adapter you configure sends orders and refunds for the selected store. Processing is limited to the selected purpose and providers must apply appropriate protection.
We do not transfer or publicly disclose personal information except with explicit consent, legal obligation, safety needs, or a lawful organizational transaction. If cross-border provision becomes necessary, we will provide separate notice and follow applicable procedures.
8. Visibility in Team Collaboration
The owner chooses members, stores, and functional permissions. Authorized members may see an operator's display name, action time, and changes for collaboration and audit. Cost, profit, recipe, and administration modules are permission-controlled. Review member identity before invitation and update or remove access when duties change.
POS connection, restoration, full deletion, and ownership transfer are restricted to accounts with the relevant authority and may require confirmation. Do not upload employee, customer, or third-party personal information unless you are legally entitled to process it.
9. Your Rights
You can view, edit, import, export, or delete local data; manage cloud backups, cloud operation, teams, stores, devices, and restoration requests after sign-in; change your profile or password, sign out, or delete the account in Account Management; restore purchases or manage subscriptions through the store; and contact Feedback or kefu@jizekj.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to complain.
We may verify identity and authority before sensitive requests. Signing out does not automatically delete Personal Local data, and account deletion does not erase separately exported files. A team member cannot independently delete all team data.
10. Automated Analysis, Advertising, and Minors
Cost, profit, inventory warnings, trends, rankings, and operating prompts are calculated from your business data for business display and are not used for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The current version has no ad network, personalized advertising, data sale, or cross-app tracking.
The App is intended mainly for adults, small-business operators, and related staff. Minors should use it only with guardian consent and supervision and should not create teams, configure POS connections, or make purchases.
11. Updates and Contact
We may update this Policy for changes in law, features, operating modes, or providers. Material changes will be communicated reasonably, and renewed consent will be requested before further processing when required.
Translations are provided for convenience. Where permitted by law, the Simplified Chinese version controls if wording differs.
