By accepting, registering, signing in, purchasing membership, or continuing to use the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

4. Family Data, Photos, and Your Responsibility
You are responsible for content you enter, capture, import, export, or back up and must have the right to process the child information and photos involved. Do not enter unrelated sensitive details such as national ID numbers, precise home addresses, school classes, medical records, or financial accounts.
Task completion photos are stored on the current device by default and photo files are excluded from cloud backups. Feedback images you choose to submit are uploaded for issue resolution. Redact unrelated people, messages, schools, and sensitive details before uploading.
Task completion, focus time, reward results, and reviews should support family communication and must not be the sole basis for humiliation, punishment, discrimination, public ranking, or inappropriate judgments about a child.
5. Local Storage, Export, and Backup
5.1 Local-first storage
Family Time Data is stored primarily on the current device. Uninstalling the App, clearing data, device damage, reset, or replacement can destroy data that was not backed up. Signing out or closing an account does not automatically remove local data.
5.2 Export and local backup
CSV exports and backup files may contain child names, tasks, time records, notes, and reviews. Keep them secure and do not share them through public drives, group chats, or unsecured devices. Restore may merge, overwrite, or alter current data; verify the source and restore mode first.
5.3 Cloud backup
A signed-in user actively initiates cloud backup, which may require membership. Do not treat a backup as successful until the App confirms completion. Network, storage, or file errors may affect results, so retain a secure local copy of important data.
6. Membership, Purchases, and Subscriptions
Free limits, benefits, plans, prices, and validity periods are those displayed in Membership and the store purchase sheet. Benefits may include more child profiles, tasks and templates, full reviews, complete-history export, and backup/restore.
For Apple App Store purchases, billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple's rules. Auto-renewing products renew for the period shown by the store unless cancelled in Apple account subscription settings before the current period ends. Deleting the App or signing out does not cancel a subscription. The nature of a lifetime plan is defined by the purchase page and store confirmation.
Entitlements depend on the store receipt and server verification. Restore purchases with the original platform account and the My Time Hero account intended to receive the entitlement. Expiry does not delete existing local data, but actions above free limits may be restricted.
7. Intellectual Property and License
The App's software, interface, icons, text, code, marks, and related materials belong to us or their lawful owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use. Lawful Family Time Data you enter remains subject to your or the relevant right holder's rights. Do not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, or unlawfully reverse-engineer the App.
8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may update, suspend, or end features because of upgrades, security, legal requirements, platform rules, or operations, with reasonable notice for material changes. You may stop using the App, clear local data, or close the account. We may lawfully restrict service for serious violations, harm to children, attacks, or illegal conduct.
9. Responsibility and Limitations
We use reasonable efforts to support stability and security, but devices, networks, and third-party platforms are not completely reliable. Guardians must set reasonable tasks, reminders, breaks, and usage time and must not use the App as a substitute for care, communication, supervision, or professional judgment. Nothing excludes consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Updates, Governing Law, and Contact
We may update this Agreement for product or legal changes and will provide reasonable notice of material updates. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Parties should first attempt good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction without limiting mandatory consumer remedies.
